1. Click on the "Order" button for the product..
2. Make sure the quantity and product name is correct, then click on "Place Order Secure".
3. Enter your billing information, then click "Submit".
4. Click on "Begin Download" (if you have problems during the download, please contact custservice@digitalriver.com for assistance).
5. Select save to disk and specify a location on your computer where you wish to save the download file. Remember where you save this file!
6. When the download is complete, double-click the download file to start the installation of the program. If you have problems during installation contact support@21stcenturypublishing.com for assistance.
7. You will receive a sale confirmation notice by email (usually within only a few minutes). If you do not receive an email notice, then there was a problem with your order. You need to reorder the product (go back to step 1). When you receive the email please verify that the information on your purchase receipt is correct.
8. You will only receive a CD-ROM of the software if you selected a CD-ROM delivery.

To purchase a CD-ROM software product:
